Broadcast Your Work

We are currently accepting submissions of noncommercial local work to be featured on our online streaming platform and cable channels. If you have a short film, music, experimental piece, podcast or other originally produced work, we’d love to see it!

Reach out to our community media staff. They will get you setup with an Open Signal membership and walk you through a new producer orientation.

Create a producer account and project folder

Submit content for broadcasting.

Broadcast Your Work on Cable

To upload your content directly to our cable channels, follow the steps below. Via our five cable channels, Open Signal reaches over 400,000 homes in the Portland metro area, broadcasting work made in our community 24 hours a day.

Project-Based Checkouts

Do you want to produce a project yourself with our equipment? We offer members of the public in the Portland Metro area media education training and the ability to checkout production equipment kits to produce their project in exchange for content to distribute on our cable access channels.
